At Full of Faith Christian Center, ministry is not just what happens from the pulpit—it is the whole church serving together so that people can know Jesus, grow in His Word, and experience His love in practical ways. Whether you are new to the church or have been here for years, there is a place for you to serve.
Ministry Teams
Audio/Visual
Led by: Pierre Kyle
The Audio/Visual team handles sound, projection, and recordings for services and special events so that worship and the Word can be heard clearly in the room and beyond. They set up and monitor microphones, speakers, and media, support live streaming or recording when available, and help create an atmosphere free from distraction so people can focus on God.
Cornerstone Ministry for High School and College

Cornerstone is our ministry to high school and college-age young adults, helping them build a strong foundation in Christ during a critical season of life. Through Bible study, mentorship, fellowship, and service opportunities, students are encouraged to grow in their faith, make wise decisions, and live out the gospel on campus, at work, and at home.
Environmental Services
Led by: James MacArthur
Environmental Services is responsible for keeping our facilities and grounds clean, safe, and welcoming. This team cares for the building before and after services, sets up and breaks down for events, and helps maintain an environment that reflects excellence and honors the Lord. Their behind-the-scenes service makes every gathering more comfortable for members and visitors.
Hospitality
Led by: Barbara Tisdale
The Hospitality team is often the first warm smile people see when they arrive. They help newcomers feel at home, provide information, host fellowship times, and coordinate refreshments for special events. This ministry expresses the love of Christ through kindness, care, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Little Lights (Children’s Ministry)
Led by: Marian Thomas
Little Lights serves our children with age-appropriate Bible teaching, worship, and activities that help them know and love Jesus. Volunteers in this ministry share God’s Word in simple, engaging ways, pray with children, and partner with parents to lay a spiritual foundation that will shine for a lifetime.
Men’s Fellowship
Led by: Pastor William Mims Jr.
Men’s Fellowship exists to encourage men and young men to grow in Christ, lead their families well, and stand firm in faith. Through regular meetings, prayer, teaching, and honest conversations, men are challenged and strengthened to live out God’s Word in every area of life, including work, home, and community.
Nursery

The Nursery provides a safe, loving environment for our youngest children so parents can participate in services with peace of mind. Volunteers care for infants and toddlers, play with them, and begin introducing them to God’s love through simple songs, stories, and gentle care.
Praise Teams
Led by: Renee Payne
Our Praise Teams lead the congregation in Christ-centered worship through music and song. Singers and musicians work together to create an atmosphere where people can freely praise God, listen to the Holy Spirit, and prepare their hearts to receive the Word. Team members commit to spiritual growth as well as musical excellence.
Prayer Band
Led by: Nicholette Taylor & Renee Payne
The Prayer Band is dedicated to interceding for the church, the community, and the needs that are brought before the Lord. This team gathers to pray for services, leadership, outreach, and personal requests, believing God to move in power. If you feel called to stand in the gap in prayer, this is a vital place to serve.
Ushers
Led by: Deacon Gene Thomas
Ushers help create order, safety, and care during services. They greet people, assist with seating, distribute materials, help receive offerings, and respond to practical needs as they arise. Their quiet service helps everyone worship and listen without distraction.
Women’s Fellowship

Women’s Fellowship provides a place for women of all ages to connect, grow in the Word, and encourage one another. Through gatherings, Bible studies, prayer, and special events, women are strengthened to walk out their God-given calling at home, in the church, and in the community.
